Plain language. No third-party trackers inside the studio app.
What we collect
Email, brand name, optional GST and PAN, the marketplaces you sell on, the source images you upload, and the generations we produce for you. Wallet ledger entries and invoice records, because we have to keep them.
What we don't collect
We do not run third-party trackers on the studio app. There is no advertising surface. The marketing site uses basic analytics on aggregate traffic — never linked back to your account.
Where it lives
Source images and generations sit in our object storage (Google Cloud, asia-south1). Database is encrypted at rest. Backups roll for 14 days, then expire.
Who can see it
Two studio operators (founders) plus the Gemini model inference endpoint that produces your plates. Nobody else. We don't sell, lease, or share your image library.
Your controls
Email us via WhatsApp to (a) export everything tied to your account, or (b) delete the lot. We action both within 7 days unless we're legally required to retain invoice records (we will keep the GST trail and delete the rest).
