Refunds
Operator-honest. Failed plates are re-run free. Unused wallet is refundable within 14 days.
The short version
Three styles are free. Beyond that it's ₹100 per style, debited from your wallet at the moment we accept the job. Plates that fail are re-run free of charge on the same style; we do not double-bill a misfire.
Unused wallet — refundable
If you've topped up your wallet and haven't spent the balance on generation, you can ask us for a refund inside 14 days of the top-up. Reach out on the WhatsApp number in the footer with your invoice number and we'll reverse the payment to the original method within 5 business days.
Spent wallet — not refundable to bank
Once wallet credits have been consumed by a generation job (whether or not you keep the plate) the money has bought compute. We will not refund spent credits back to your bank. We will, however, re-run any plate that failed our quality bar at no charge.
Failed drops
A drop with every plate failing on our pipeline gets a full credit back to your wallet. Mark the styles failed inside /styles and message us — we audit, then credit.
